A soft trickle of water,
Like a lullaby, luring you into a serene sleep.
The drop of a pebble, sending alluring ripples all throughout.
The once clear reflections of the pastel sky disappearing,
Only to reform as the water calms.
The wind brushing through the lush, evergreen flora
Turning their movements into a graceful dance,
A rhythm that only something such as nature can provide.
I lie down on the overgrown grass
My body being enveloped by nature's blanket, covering me.
In this place, there are no plants withering or wilting
No artificial landscape eating up at the atmosphere
No smell of smoke, only the aroma gifted by mother nature
In this place, I am at peace
In this place, I am home.
