Great Barrier Reef

Coral of all colours and shades,
But with climate change you start to degrade,
UNESCO says , 'in danger',
But the Australian government says, 'We've got enough rangers'.
'We're doing great, give us one more year.'
So UNESCO agreed,
And the government cheered.

So in 2022, they think again,
But for now the tension is still high,
But it is in the people's hands that the reef lies.
