Heart Break n A Half

we laughed, we sung and had a good time.
been a long time since I haven't been in crime.
I wanted to do something to mark this day,
to reassure me the pain is away.
I thought of a plant, a dog, someone in need.
I thought closely "nah what about a tree".
I packed up my things and went to the shops,
I looked left and right no trees in stock. 
So I left to the forest were most are found, 
I pulled the root and made my way back home.
There I planted it next to the gnome.
