I see the ball in front of me, if I get this
goal I will be filled with glee. The team is
cheering, the premiership is nearing. As the
stick strikes the ball, it’s a massive brawl
to stop the ball
As it lands in the back of the goal, it creates a
huge peephole. The roar is ecstatic, I go all static
The ball goes back to the centre. We get the ball,
the cheering is like a landfall. I’m running a fast as
a jet in flight. I feel the wind through my hair, this ball is
probably going to get some air.
Lining up for a second, everyone thinks I’m a weapon.
The ball gets airborne, it’s like a plane living the airport.
The goalies too small, he is gonna fall. It drops like a bomb,
they ring the alarm. GOALLL! Six goals up, the other teams party has been interrupted.
They go for a run, we stop their fun. Passing between each other, it’s our time to recover. Run, Run, Run. We get to their end, their trying to defend. Nothing’s going there way, it hasn’t been there day. I flick it in, in for three
