Humanity's Addiction

Technology, Technology so addictive just like a drug,
Too busy looking down at their screens,
They can’t concentrate properly, as slow as a slug,
Phones, Phones, Phones are their life it seems.

Technology has changed our future and our past,
Changing our actions and mindset is a must,
Everyone looks up at the sky, while he looks in the opposite direction,
He shows his love through a screen, not that much affection.

Everyone's social life is slowly dying,
When their phone breaks, they all start crying,
Everyone is consumed in the path of virtual reality,
If this keeps going, it will lead to fatality.

The human race relies on phones too much,
Why do humans create such a big fuss,
Ever since their invention,
They’re the ones that got all the attention,
Humans all lost in their own dimension,
Unfortunately there is no prevention.

This is humanity’s real enemy,
There is no cure or no remedy,
We can’t overcome our addiction,
In a hundred years, we don’t need a prediction.
