I Should Not Have

I should not have given fleas to the cat,
or called your mate's son a fat, ugly brat.
I should not have put a taco under my bed,
or set fire to the teacher's head.
I should not have painted my brother's pants green,
or called that man very mean.
I should not have done these things that I did
But please forgive me, as I'm only a kid!
