The green leaves silently fall to the bare, grey concrete

The bristling branches and fluttering leaves

But soon, they are not green anymore;

The fresh green leaves wither and shrivel into brown lifeless things

Now they fall solemnly to the ground in despair.

But after some time, leaves bloom up again on trees like magic

With pops of colour like red, orange and yellow

They become the attractions of Autumn

Again, the season comes to an end and the leaves say farewells to the tree as they slowly drift down to the ground once more.

Then, the cycle starts again, back to fresh, young green leaves.

It will never stay green forever.
