Koala

Soft like a teddy bear,

Lives in the gum trees,

Snow-white ears

Grey, cuddly fur

Lounging, sleeping and eating,

2019 fires

It’s a threat,

Up in the trees,

Looking down seeing,

Red, orange and yellow flames

Rising more and more up the tree,

Until no, there’s more food to be found.
