While time flies, we lose 15 billion trees every year,

Woodcutters don't care about the animal's fear,

2400 trees are traumatised by chainsaws every minute,

While woodcutters cut, they hurt the animals, sadly they don't think about it.

Koalas don’t think it's fair to have thousands of their homes lost every year.

The trees are saying goodbye constantly and this is not mere,

Trying to live, they move from tree to tree

Knowing the chainsaw will show no mercy.

Like flies dropping dead, Australia’s lost 95% of koalas,

Only 100,000 koalas have mothers and fathers,

They roam through the trees, their hearts beating like a drum,

The chainsaw: their biggest nightmare will come.

Koalas don’t think it’s fair to have half of the world's forests dead,

Devastatingly, koalas are too petrified to sleep in their own beds.

Koalas homes are shrinking because of barbed wires,

This is all because of Australia’s bushfires.

When trees are cut down they don’t care,

However it gives koalas a massive scare.

Australia plans to save two billion trees,

With all this chopping down this will be impossible, I have lots of guarantees.
