Leaf

A beautiful leaf In a lonely, dark pile
Standing out like sunlight in a pitch-black room
With rips and tears, it yelled at me
"Pick me up! Pick me up!"
It walked towards me
"Write, write about me! Please! Please!"
I give in.
I hope no-one shall ever eat this leaf.
