The lonely Lemur Leaf Frog lay still, vulnerable. 

His surroundings littered with debris.

He dove into the contaminated water, only to meet the serrated hook of a fishing line, skewered.

 

My eyes melted as the aroma of the once prepossessing creek poisoned me.
