Lovely Lemons

Outside my window
Lovely lemons hang,
Ripe and ready for squeezing.
Mmm!
Lemon pancakes,
Lemon curd,
Lemon delicious!
I go outside ...
But what's this?
On the other side
The lemons hang out of their skins
Fat and fleshy
Bare as babies' bottoms!
Possums again.
