There’s a bear that sits up there
On my milk chocolate bookshelf
Between tiny gaps, spines and jackets
Next to vibrant lego vehicles

That bear, that sits up there
Is a golden sun
It rests and sets
Until, a time to play

When that bear comes down from there
He flips and dances
Curls up and cuddles
We have fun

Then that bear goes back up there
And rests.
And waits.
Until we play again
