Me and the Sea

As I walk on the grass,

And listen to the sounds I hear,

As I notice the way leaves fall, 

It quickly takes away my fear.

I walk towards the sea,

It reminds me of the past,

It smells of salt,

I know my heart beats fast.

I feel the wind through my body,

As I look up to the sky,

As I walk up the rocks, 

I feel really shy.

As I put my feet in the water,

And feel the cold sea,

I feel it tickle my feet,

Now I feel like me.
