Melting ice caps & rising sea levels

Melting and dripping and flowing,

The ice cold waters are warming,

As the temperate are scaring

All the glaciers that were forming

Gone, as the water levels are rising, 

crash!

Temperatures as hot as the sun

Water washes and waves and wails

Crashing and smashing into the sea

Big chunks of ice to be precise 

Fall into the ocean causing a commotion.

The ocean as blue as a cloudless sky

While the walruses and polar bears wonder why

Their homes are disappearing in a splash!

But what can be done

When the water is boiling like the sun.
