Remarkable roots, nutrient-rich,
Sprawl below
The soaring boughs,
An intertwining emblem of rebirth,
Long-living grandeur,
In this, our 125th year,
More than a century grown,
You shelter us
As we are nurtured by words,
By wit, by a wealth of knowledge.
We flourish beside you,
young women, empowered.
Verdant leaves have known, seen, heard us.
Our strong tree, our willow,
The centre of our strength,
The living, shining, symbol of our growth.
