Midnight

Midnight my cat
loves a pat
Only eight months old
But still very bold
Pretty white and black
Loves to roll on his back
A purring machine
Always very clean
A bit sooky, but funny
He loves a day that’s sunny
Little midnight is cute
We cannot put him on mute
Sits by the fire on the mat
Sometimes lying very flat
he has a funny walk
if only he could talk
has a very loud purr
and lovely fluffy fur
he is my friend
until the end.
