My Beautiful Forest

When I walk among the trees
I always feel a lovely breeze
on my arms and on my head 
it's like I'm on a feather bed.

When I’m amongst the lovely flowers, 
I feel like I have nature's powers.
The canopy gives me courage
And causes all the plants to flourish.

The sun shines bright in the sky
makes the plants grow strong and high
Among the critters, as they chitter
the birds around always flitter.

The smell of bark, damp and dark
Nature’s natural playground park
The forest is my favourite place
To find myself, joy and grace.
