My Dog

My Dog is very fluffy
People say he looks like a bear.
He sometimes looks a bit scruffy
People shout out what's that over there.

He looks cute when he's cut
And looks a lot less big.
When he barks the owners say "tut tut tut."
In our backyard he'll dig and dig.

He's very old now
But still up and about.
His bread is a Chow Chow
He and the other dogs usually hangout.

He's very special to me
And my family.
He's blind and can't really see.
But when he was little he ran like a car in the Grand Prix.

We all adore him and love him so much
Although he can annoy me and wake me up.
He really hates vegetables and fruits but most of all hates spinach.
Is older than me and is a grown up.

The best thing about him
He is very friendly but may not look like it.
He always makes a splash when I swim
But he's the greatest dog our family admits.
