My Friend Duckly

He is orange and yellow like a mango,
He’s fluffy and soft with a spherical body coved in whitish yellow feathers.
He has 2 legs, 2 black sparkling eyes,
A soccer ball sized special supporter.
He is big with a strong beak,
He is light as a tiny duckling.
He’s got mysterious controls inside him,
He is as cute as a kitten.
He was old before he was new to me,
He is special because my cousin gave him to me .
My Duckly calls me to bed each night;
My Duckly loves adventures.
He likes to read books sometimes
Sometimes he likes to fight me
Sometimes he likes to play with me
Sometimes he tricks me by hiding in my bed
He always likes me,
He’s my favourite toy forever.
