Lying, sleeping,
Safe from weeping,
My delicate fairy keeps me safe.
She is my fairy godmother,
My shadow and the light in my night,

Through the night,
I’m up all night,
Scared, shaking something will bite.
I doze off and hear, “I’m your guardian here for eternity.”

She is a petite as a dandelion blooming into a flower,
Her world is precious – safe and forever beautiful,
There’s no danger or unsafe places,
Her gold halo shinned as bright as firework,

She is my guardian,
My guardian for eternity.
