My Hermit Crab

My hermit crab named Jumbo,
Small, rough and living, are the words to describe him;
He climbs and is adventurous, he never stops;
Big claws, Small beady eyes and protective shell, as his home;
My birthday present to never forget;
Special to me for being different;
Fun to hold and look after, he always puts me in shakes of laughter;
Being an unusual pet makes me a proud owner;
Holding him daily gives me joy;
Easy to care for and doesn't annoy;
Scratch, Scratch is what I hear coming back from school;
Heading to his tank I take him out so he can walk;
That is my special object;
