My Home in Nature

The river, pure as gold,

Breeze in the air,

Sitting under the tree makes me sleepy.

 Birds in the air as colourful as a rainbow…

 I saw the lizard, while I was on the jetty.

Leaf of a gum tree - smelled sour like a candy,
Muddy soil on the ground, a perfect place to dig for food.

On the river bank. A lizard lying, 

liking the sun on its back.

My heart becomes happy 

as I see the lush bush

like I was in heaven.
