My House

My home is the place where I’m safe
When I’m there I can’t get harmed
Wherever I need some space away from everything else
it’s just the place I need to be

Without my home I wouldn’t have anywhere to stay at night
I wouldn’t know where to go
It’s just the place I need to go
There’s nowhere like it in the whole world

When I’m at someone else’s house it just doesn’t feel the same
Not like my house
My house is the place I want to be
