The gold, beautiful as no eye has ever seen,
The golden horse gallops through
valley's, mountains and fields.

You lie in your box all day, all night.
Until I find you there all alone.
I take you out, I snap the box shut.
You fling round my neck like a scared
Child clinging to its mother.
I look down and think to myself.

Diamonds precious, sapphires pink.
The gold chain digs
Into my neck as I wear you.
You hang down on me
Like a small raft on a waterfall.

I look at the box you came from,
So soft and blue.
I need to put you back now.
I put you carefully back in your box.
I snap the box shut,
I will miss you...
