My Precious Penguin

You are as soft as a bundle of fluff,
And you try to act really tough.
You have bright beautiful colours of white, blue and black,
You hold a picture with a thumbtack.

You’re from the sea and want to do an amazing deed.
You want to grow with me like a seed.
You really wish you could talk,
So you I could take our first walk.
You really wish you were alive,
So you could take your first dive.

I love you more than my heart's core,
I would lose all my pride
If I found you had died,
I know you’re the best,
And I know that you are better than the rest.

You are the bundle of shining joy in my life,
If I lost you I would live in strife.
If you were alive you would say,
