My rainbow bracelet

Inside my jewellery box lives a rainbow snake
It’s not really a snake it just looks like one
It swirls around my wrist and its scales glint in the sunshine
It reminds me of the hot holiday sun and the warm air

It reminds me of my family and how elated I was to see them and my excitement when I got on the plane
And also of the time we went on the whirr loop, which spun like a spinning top
The exciting giant drop, which went really high up and crashing back down
My excitement of shopping for my favourite bracelet
