My Soccer Jersey

Wind flows through my hair,
The aggressive players scream and attack in despair.
The warrior stripes on the shirt in the colours of black and white,
As I slam my boot on the ball it goes whack!

Whenever I wear it the pride shines,
It's nobody else's it’s just mine.
When I put it on it makes me feel energetic and ready,
But also safe like my teddy.
