My Special Two Toned Tree

My special two-toned tree,
Your branches bigger than me,
Covered in lichen, moss and sap,
Not a leaf in sight,
Your old bark peeling,
The wind is like a bass for your special song.
My special two-toned tree,
Your branches bigger than me,
You sway from side to side,
Swishing, swooshing, swaying,
Bugs and birds live among you,
Chirping and flapping,
I'm wrapped in your branches,
Your wisdom overpowering me,
Oh, how time flies
When I'm with you,
I wish these days would last forever,
But maybe it's for the better,
My special two-toned tree.
