My tree

My Tree
Her branches sway in the breeze
She cries, her tears fall onto the field
Of nothingness
Her breath gets sharper
I can feel it…
The coldness swallows me
She is my tree
My tree is bird soaring through the midnight sky
She smiles so do I
Her body is no longer wood
She has silk skin
My tree dreams of friends and family
She is my tree
She longs for somebody anybody
to call her name
Her body withers
She takes one last breath
She is my tree
