My Trophy King

Rays of sunshine radiate through each link
As bright as a star
The light glares down at the kingdom from the sky
The shiny king, a golden trophy
His face beams like the sun
The trophy’s breastplate is as smooth as polished marble
With his chainmail as bumpy as sandpaper
And his skin as hard as steel
The king howls his mighty objection at his foes
And attacks with accuracy across the arena
He trudges towards the enemy
And attacks his foes with clever tactics
The mighty warrior reunites with his family
As he regales to his remaining children
A smile smears across his face
As his kingdom is at peace at last
