Narrawallee Beach

I walk down the the steps to Narrawallee Beach,
Where I see the birds gracefully flying down the stream with satisfaction.
My toes sink deep into the soft, wet sand as I enter the freezing ocean.
I see the vivid coloured flags and bright lifeguards looking out.
I smell the salty water, I hear the crashing waves.
I admire the lovely pelicans as they stare into the blazing sun.
As I keep on swimming l listen closely to the seagulls yelling out to the sea.
I look back and see a crowd of twisty, turny seaweed.
It’s been a great day at the beach and I’m excited to come back tomorrow!
