Nature

When the air is calm and set
Quiet reigns
The Earth comes alive
And breaks out of its chains
The waves gasp and thrive
Birds dance along the breeze
Tree branches rustle
And rain pours in streams
From creature to creature - life to life
As bright as lighthouse beams
The world lets go of strife
The sun douses empty roads
And clouds saunter across the sky
Life blooms loads and loads
With time drifting by
But when people leave their home
The Earth dies
As we stand on the streets we roam
Mother nature cries
Loudness chokes and birds flee,
Leaving the world desperate
To be unbound and free
