Nature

Nature is such a wonderful thing,

the colours, the life, the smells that it brings.

From a butterfly taking its first flight,

to a baby possum, holding onto Mum in the night.

Nature is around us, everywhere, it's true

but look after it, that's our job, me and you.

For the animals don’t tell of what harms come their way.

We must endure to keep them safe today.

We live in a world that’s so busy and fast

but looking after nature is now a big task.

Our population is growing, we need more land

but please make some room for nature, we can.

so future generations, can see what sure is.

Nature is beautiful, we must take care of this.
