Nature Heals

Stress overwhelms 

It kills 

But nature heals

Nature brings calmness to souls

The trees give air

Cleansing it with freshness

Plants give aromas that you have to love

Animals give life

 Nature heals

When anxiety almost killed me

Nature prevailed 

Nature filled me with life

I wish I could explain

But there are no words to describe the feeling

Nature can heal anything 

From the depths of the ocean

To the planets in outer space

Nature heals

Our land is filled with life and nature

So we have to protect it
