Nature's Flaw

The rain outside fast and strong
Here I am in my bedsheets rolled
It’s warm and cozy in my room
Suddenly outside there's a loud boom
Roaring thunder starts to crackle
All while sounding like a witch's cackle
I get out my bed to see the rain
Admiring the drops through the window frame
The feeling of serenity in my head
I keep on looking but start to dread
The rain has now slowly start to stead
The sky now has a big bright blemish
The sun is out making me feel sluggish
I prefer the rain much more
I wish people didn’t think it was nature's flaw
