Nature's Glow

As nature called
I rode in the backseat of the car
ready for school, my tie done and my shirt tucked
I watched the raindrops fall from afar
the carbon in the air
with the plants all aware
I remember the time I sat over there
holding a dandelion, making a wish
"O, mother nature, when will you grow"
I miss the way that you glowed.
