The earth is where we live,

Where we share and give.

We’re all friends and we work together,

And we want to have peace forever.

We plant and protect trees and trees help us,

We need more planting and less destruction.

If we keep this up we will have to keep adjusting,

So we have to discuss.

A dog dashed past the farm and started barking at me,

As I sit next to the magnolia tree opening my book.

I hear a squawk over me and turned to page three,

And I saw it was a hawk and I looked at my chook.

The freezing winter frosty air,

Brushes against my messy hair.

And in the summer the relaxing hot sun,

Shines on my face as I have lots of fun.

The place we call home,

The place where we grow and play,

The place where we discover and roam,

The planet that ends our day.
