Our Mother Earth

Our Mother Earth cries tears of pain.
And yet we rip her apart, for our gain.
Our clear blue oceans, are not so clear,
They're crying out for help, can't you hear?
It's time we stop hurting our planet.
Stop mining fossils fuels, it's time we ban it!

It's time we stop this nonsense for good.
And restore our trees, the way they once stood
The endangered species that once roamed the land,
Are now shut in cages, that they can't withstand.
Everything, everywhere is crying out in pain,
And us just ignoring it? That's insane.

The poor Mother Earth that we've been enslaving.
