Outback animals

Kangaroos bounce, critters hide, slithering snakes and wombats slide.

Night comes dingoes howl, tube-nosed bats rise.

Morning laugh from kookaburras end, wake up animals and send the night time to sleep.

Nocturnal animals it's time to sleep,

So wait for night to peak again. Morning rises and falls 

And the full moon rises, sending all the animals to sleep.

Nocturnal animals awakening bring the dull night alive,

The barking owl hoots, the frogs croaks, the dingoes hunt and 

The stars shine bright.
