Outside

Pink and grey cockatoos chittering on a wire,
The hot sun is showing,
A flower’s only desire.
Flowers are blooming, grass growing
And the wheezy breeze is blowing!
Everyone’s outside, playing with joy,
Why don’t you run along?
You will enjoy!
Kids on slides, kids sprinting on the sand.
How happy is this?
How grand!
Pink and grey cockatoos gossiping on their wire,
They see some juicy insects,
Oh how they admire…
