The sunlight on his fur makes it glimmer brightly,
Makes it shine, makes sparkle, his nose is tearing slightly,
He has pads on his hands and feet,
He has a hole in his little armpit,
A mouth that smiles all day long,
Just like the nanny I got him from,
I got him on the day of my birth,
Along with a puppy that has great worth,
Eyes, they are as black as night,
The texture of his fur is just right,
Little nose with threads coming out,
When he stands he is short and stout,
He lives on my bed, with all of his friends,
Of which they, are all my gems,
Always been there when I come home,
Always comforted me when I’m alone,
Listens to all my troubles and doubts,
Listens quietly and never shouts,
I love him so, my Patrick the bear,
He’s the happiest bear I know.
