Tentative, weak,
soft and nervous.
The tentative taps and whispers of weak;
like soft songs of a nervous new-born,
losing faith in what I had started.
Crashing, clashing,
tripping and dashing
Crashing chords of constant clashing;
While tripping my own fingers, I’m dashing
to finish what I had started.
Slower, faster,
Steadfast and strong
Starting slower but faster than the hare;
frail fingers yet steadfast and strong,
a final push to the nearing end.
Bright, energetic,
focused and powerful.
Bright melodies and energetic jumps
Focused harmonies and powerful bass
A flourishing finish of the ivory keys.
