Poor Animals

With empty hearts and soulless greed.

They steal their lives and leave them in need.

They suffer in their home.

And always break a bone.

They steal their horns.

But the environment always warns.

The rain crashing like storms.

And some animals like eating corns.

They run for their life.

And people chase them with a knife.

They run up a tree.

Hoping to be free.

They run with glee.

That they are free.

From the tree.

Animals happy to be safe.

Happy they are free.
