Pygmy Possums

They swing by their tails

they eat with their paws;

they need saving

they're waiting for help

Their habitat is destroyed;

their home too,

we need to help them

before it's too late

From head to tail they are 12cm 

they weigh nothing - 5 to 10 grams.

From Victoria to NSW they are endangered, 

if they are gone, they'll never come back.

Their home is almost gone;

family too,

we must leave them alone 

or there is nothing we can do.

So leave them alone;

we cannot mourn them.

The Pygmy Possums are cute 

we must do something for them.
