Quokka

Hiss squeak, not many will meet
going extinct, so bleak
Climbing waddles falling a bit they may be joyful but always clumsy
Seven to 15 thousand left of these happy creatures in the land we must save them
We are their only friend, but their only threat too.
Living for ten years, night feeding alone,
Living in small bands,
spending most their life sleeping at night, day and dawn,
eating shrubs and climbing 2 metres up the trees for their balanced diet so sustainable and content,
no bad vibes from these creatures to the world would be sent.
