Rainforest Wonders

The cicada sang its song
The frogs croaked with chatter
The trees danced with the wind
A platypus glides through the water
Light attempted to shine through
The multiple layers of trees
Kookaburras sat on branches
Laughing with a strong sense of humour
As cockatoos showed off their bright mohawks
With lots of self esteem
But the most salient thing of all
Was the entire forest itself
