There is a possum,

That lives in my roof,

In the night's gloom,

It likes to move,

The possum makes a racket,

Prancing all over the dome,

It messes up the garden,

It damages the home,

The possum is a nuisance,

Every night while I sleep,

It wakes me up, by dancing around,

And its growl, hiss, and screech,

As morning comes about

The possum quits being a pest,

After a very active night,

It's time for it to rest.
