Kangaroos skim the harsh sand.

Animals fade from our land.

The sparkling tears of night.

Will we ever see the light?

Our land is disappearing.

The end of it is nearing.

Forest trees are falling down.

As the humans build their towns.

Light winds brush along faces.

Not to be judged by races.

The trees dazzle in the light.

No animals in our sight.

Animals try to stay warm.

But there's just too many storms.

Climate change is such a mess.

Humans try to make much less.

Aussie animals can't cope.

But for us there is no hope.

Yes, sadly this is all true.

But there's nothing we can do.
