Against the clear bright blue sky,

Hot brutal air simmers down on the town below,

It's the time where everyone splashes in the ocean and gets ice cream,

And the ground is dry,

But the time is coming, Summer is finally over.

Ice creams are starting to be sold less and less,

Jackets are being worn,

Leaves are turning orange, then falling down and down.

After a few months of that - it's over now.

It's getting colder by the second,

Overlapping of clothes being worn,

Animals go into hibernation - but some stay awake,

All the leaves are still gone.

You wish it would be over, and your wish comes true.

After months of waiting.

The lukewarm air blows across my face,

Flowers start blooms,

Trees start growing leaves again.

Animals wake up, animals mate,

Until it's Summer again.
